How it works
From a sentence to a shippable 3D asset.
Every model in The Forge is generated by AI in our studio — no manual sculpting. Here's exactly how a prompt or an image becomes a textured, game-ready model you can license and download.
The pipeline
1 · Start with a prompt or an image
Two ways in. Write a description like “a battle-worn Viking warrior with a fur cloak,” or upload concept art or a photograph. Text-to-3D interprets your words into geometry; Image-to-3D reconstructs the object it sees, preserving silhouette and detail.
2 · Choose your fidelity
Pick the mesh detail: low-poly for games and real-time engines, standard for renders and product shots, or high-detail with PBR texture maps. Characters can be auto-rigged with a T-pose skeleton so they’re animation-ready on arrival.
3 · Preview live in your browser
Every generation renders in an interactive viewer — orbit, zoom and inspect the mesh and textures from any angle before you commit. What you see is exactly what you download.
4 · License & download
Choose the license that fits your project and get the full bundle: GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, USDZ and STL. Ready for Unity, Unreal, Blender, Godot, web viewers and 3D printers.
Two ways to generate
Text to 3D
Best when you’re starting from an idea. Describe the subject, style and mood — the more specific the prompt, the more faithful the result. Great for original characters, props and architecture.
- Name the subject and its materials
- Add style cues (e.g. “gothic,” “stylized,” “realistic”)
- Mention a clean, single subject for best geometry
Image to 3D
Best when you already have a reference. Upload concept art, a product photo or a sketch, and the model reconstructs it in three dimensions with matching proportions and texture.
- Use a single object on a clean background
- Front-facing, well-lit images work best
- Higher resolution gives sharper texture
What you download
Every purchase includes the complete file bundle, so the model drops straight into your engine, DCC tool, web viewer or 3D printer — no conversion needed.
- GLB
- glTF
- FBX
- OBJ
- USDZ
- STL
