Frequently asked questions

What file formats do I get?

Every purchase includes the full bundle: GLB, glTF, FBX, OBJ, USDZ and STL. That covers real-time engines, DCC tools, AR/web viewers and 3D printing with no conversion needed.

Can I use these models in Unity, Unreal or Blender?

Yes. GLB/FBX/OBJ import directly into Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, Godot, Maya, Cinema 4D and most 3D software. The Studio tier adds PBR texture maps and auto-rigging for characters, so they're animation-ready.

Are the models ready for 3D printing?

Yes — the STL file is included with every model and works with standard slicers. For best print results, choose a model whose form suits your printer; complex overhangs may need supports.

Can I use a model commercially?

The Commercial license covers use in a single released product or client project, and the Studio license grants unlimited commercial use across products. The Standard license is for personal, non-commercial projects only.

Can I edit, retopologize or re-texture a model?

Absolutely. You can modify the mesh, retopologize, re-texture, sculpt on top and animate it. What you can't do is resell or redistribute the raw files as a standalone 3D asset.

How are the models made?

They're generated by AI in our studio from a text prompt or a reference image — no manual sculpting. You can see the exact pipeline on the How it works page.

What's the difference between the mesh detail levels?

Standard-license models are low-poly and ideal for games and real-time use. Commercial models use a standard, balanced topology. Studio models are high-detail with PBR materials for close-up renders and hero assets.

Do you offer refunds?

Because models are digital downloads delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is corrupted or doesn't match its preview, contact us and we'll make it right.

Can I generate my own model instead of buying one?

Yes. Open the 3D Model Generator, describe your idea or upload an image, preview it live, then license and download — or publish it to the marketplace.
